Dongming Changrui Woods Co., Ltd locates at Dongming County, Heze city, Shandong Province, which is named as China’s largest wood manufacturing and processing base. Covering the area of 20,000 square meters, more than 200 employees.

Through over 20 years development, we have become a very professional factory in the field of China wood industry. The products includes Edge Glued Boards, Finger Joint Boards, Block Board, Wood Bed Slats, Wooden Wall Panels and all kinds of wooden crafts. The wood materials we used are abundant, such as pine, paulownia, China fir, poplar, birch, beech, oak, etc.

As an ISO 9001:2008 and FSC certified manufacturer, we have established extremely strict quality management system. From the materials purchasing to the final products quality inspection, we have been always following the standard processes to ensure that every piece of board or wooden product could fully meet the wood industry standards and your special requirements.

The process of transforming logs into wooden boards involves several key steps.
First, logs are harvested and transported to the processing facility. They are then debarked and cleaned to remove impurities.

Next, the logs are cut into boards using sawing techniques like quarter sawing or plain sawing. The cut boards undergo drying, either naturally or in kilns, to reduce moisture content and prevent warping.

After drying, the boards are planed to achieve a smooth surface and trimmed to precise dimensions. They are graded based on quality, color, and grain, and may undergo preservation treatments for durability.

Finally, the finished boards are packaged and stored in a dry environment to maintain quality before delivery.

Each step ensures the production of high-quality, durable wooden boards.
